What's this?
This is the tool to calculate the funds you need in order to get your publications in Smartpaper.info format or to buy other services.

What's a Paper Dollar "P$" ?
One Paper Dollar is One (1.00) Euro if you are an European company or citizen, for the rest of the world one Paper Dollar is One (1.00) USD.
This has to be done due to the strength of Euro that penalizes exports. If you are extra-European then change the currency to USD in the payment form. Payments are processed by our specialized partner Shareit.com. It provides a well known reliability and security. Payments methods are: credit card, Maestro/Solo, Bank/Wire transfer, Paypal, Check and Cash.

How does it work?
This is a prepayment balance. Basically you need to indicate the whole number of pages you have to convert in Smartpaper.info format. The basic service provides the conversion service (with all the standard features included) and the hosting of your publications. This tool helps you to understand how much funds you need to charge. No matter how you'll really spend your funds: converting pages, editing pages or downloading your publications, you can change idea in any time according with your current needs.

I just want to download the publication made, how can I do?
The basic service provides the conversion and the hosting, to download a publication you need to use the basic service and then start downloading. If you do not want that your publication is available at our server, you can choose to delete it after downloading, but later if you'll need to update your publication you need to rebuild at the cost for the basic service (not the cost for updates). So be careful, delete your publication only if you are sure that no other updates are needed.

What happens after a year?
After a year if the funds of your account are enough they will be charged to renew the service, otherwise you will be alerted to increase your funds or in the dead line publications will be removed. Unused funds cannot be refunded.

 After the year, if I downloaded my publication, can I use it, have I to pay more?
Downloaded publications can be used without limits, and you have not to pay for that.

How can I update a publication?
To update a publication just click on Update link just under its cover in your account page. The selected publication will be replaced by the new one. During a variable period of time the publication will be not available, but a message will alert the reader that updating is in progress.

What's Smart LinkManager option?
 Smart LinkManager allows you to add active links in the pages, just drawing buttons and setting link properties (popup, new window, colors...). Smart LinkManager cost is per publication. If the publication is updated Smart LinkManager option is kept at no cost. After a year if the publication is renewed then Smart LinkManager option is charged again.

I'm confused, I just want to convert a pdf and use it online.
In this case just put the total number of pdf pages and check out.

How long it takes from the payment to start publishing?
Normally the order is processed in 24 hours, then you are ready to start publishing.

Things to know: PDF FILE REQUIREMENTS

Provide your publication as a single PDF file with the following settings:

  • All pages in a single PDF file, with the pages in order;

  • Only common pdf formats 1.3, 1.4, 1.5.

  • Single pages (not double page spreads) 150 DPI (or greater);

  • Cropped to exact art size (no need for cropmarks/bleed etc, as it is not a traditional print process);

  • Embedded fonts (not subset, for best results please avoid CID Type H encoded fonts);

  • If you want to test some pages just upload the pdf and you'll be able to preview your publication at no cost, if logged in;
